A furnished home in Miami for a month or longer
Moving to Miami takes longer than a hotel week and deserves better than a bare apartment. Villa Biscayne is our own home in the village of Biscayne Park: three bedrooms, a private pool, a proper kitchen and a desk with fast internet, ready the day you land. You book it directly with us, the owners, and you have our numbers for the whole stay.

Who this home suits
- Relocating to Miami and house-hunting from somewhere calm
- A gap between selling one home and closing on the next
- A long project or assignment in the city
- Families who need three bedrooms and a yard, not a suite
- A winter away from the cold, with a pool at the back door
What furnished means here
This is the house we live in ourselves when we are in Miami, not a unit fitted out from a catalogue. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking every day, there is a washer and dryer in the home, air conditioning and heating throughout, a television, a barbecue grill and free parking. The workspace is a dedicated one with fast WiFi, so a month of remote work does not mean a month at the dining table.
You have the entire property to yourselves, pool and jacuzzi included. It is a single-level home, which people with young children or a parent along for the move tend to appreciate.
Living in Biscayne Park
Biscayne Park is a small village inside Miami, one of the greenest corners of the city, with tropical trees and plants at every turn and a village government that keeps it that way. It functions as a bird sanctuary. It is central without feeling urban: quiet residential streets, and the rest of Miami ten to twenty minutes away by car. Barry University is in neighboring Miami Shores.
From the house it is about ten minutes to the beach at Surfside, fifteen to Wynwood, twenty to South Beach and Brickell, and twenty to Miami International Airport. If the move means driving around to look at neighborhoods, this is a good place to be based.
How booking a longer stay works
You book on the Villa Biscayne page on this site, directly with us. It is the same calendar as our Airbnb listing, so availability is identical, but booking here means you are not paying the Airbnb guest service fee on a month-long stay. Rates for your dates show in the calendar before you commit.
We are the people who answer. Before you arrive you get a house manual with everything from the WiFi to how the pool and the house work, and during the stay you have the owners by phone and message rather than a call center.
Good to know before you ask
One pet can be approved in advance; tell us the type, breed and age. The pool is unfenced, so it is not the right home for young children without close supervision. Pool and yard maintenance visits happen on a schedule during longer stays, and we will tell you when. No parties, and let us know in advance if you are expecting guests.
Questions people ask before a longer stay
- Can I stay for a month or longer?
- Yes. Villa Biscayne is available for stays of a month or more. Check the calendar on the property page for your dates; if what you need is not showing, email the owners.
- What does furnished include?
- Everything the home needs to be lived in: a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens and towels, air conditioning and heating, a television, a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi, a barbecue grill and free parking. The private pool and jacuzzi are yours for the stay.
- Is there somewhere to work?
- There is a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi. If you need to take video calls all day, this is a quiet residential street in a village with very little traffic.
- How do I book directly, and why would I?
- Book on the Villa Biscayne page on pamperhomes.com. It uses the same calendar as our Airbnb listing, so the availability is the same, but you are booking with the owners and not paying the Airbnb guest service fee, which on a month-long stay is a meaningful amount.
- What are check-in and check-out times?
- The exact times, along with the address and how to get in, are in your booking confirmation and the house manual we send before you arrive. If your flight lands at an awkward hour, tell us and we will see what we can do.
- Can I bring a pet?
- One pet can be allowed with prior written approval. Send us the type, breed and age when you enquire.
