Corporate housing in Miami that is a house, not a hotel floor

When a company sends someone to Miami for a month or a season, the usual answer is a serviced apartment in a tower. Villa Biscayne is the other answer: a furnished three-bedroom house with a private pool in a quiet village, a proper desk, fast WiFi and parking at the door, let by the month and booked directly with the owners.

  • A relocation for a new role, with a real home while the permanent one is found

  • Executives and their families in transition between cities
  • Visiting faculty and researchers at Barry University, six minutes away, or the University of Miami health district around Jackson Memorial

What a corporate stay gets here

A whole house, to begin with. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a single level, so a small team can work and live in it without living on top of each other, and an executive with family has room for everyone. There is a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi for the workday, a full kitchen for the evenings, a washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating throughout, a television, a barbecue grill and free parking at the house.

Outside, a private pool and hot tub in a tropical garden that nobody else uses. It is the difference between a stay you endure and one you would extend. The house is our own home when we are in Miami, and it is kept to that standard.

Where it sits

Biscayne Park is a small residential village north of downtown, green and quiet, a bird sanctuary by designation. The commute times in the table are measured door to door by car with live weekday traffic: downtown Miami is twenty-seven minutes, Brickell twenty-eight, Fort Lauderdale thirty-seven, and Barry University six. Miami International Airport is about twenty minutes, which matters when the assignment involves flying in and out.

It is central without being urban. A team that spends its days in Brickell comes home to a street where the loudest thing is the garden.

Booking, and the paperwork

You book on the Villa Biscayne page on this site, directly with us. It is the same calendar as our Airbnb listing, so availability is identical, but booking here means the stay is not carrying the Airbnb guest service fee. Rates for your dates show in the calendar before anything is committed.

If a company is booking on behalf of an employee, or you need a term longer than a month, or documentation for an expense process, ask us. We are the owners, we answer our own messages, and we will tell you plainly what we can do. Before arrival you receive a house manual with everything from the WiFi to how the pool works, and during the stay you have us by phone and message rather than a front desk.

House rules that matter for a company stay

The house is for living and working in, not for events: no parties, and let us know in advance if guests are expected. The pool is unfenced, which a family travelling with young children should weigh. One pet can be approved in advance with the type, breed and age. Over a longer stay, the pool and yard get scheduled maintenance visits and we tell you when. Minimum stay is 28 nights.

Questions people ask before a longer stay

Can we book for a month, or longer?
Yes. The house is let by the month with a 28-night minimum, and longer terms are welcome. Check the calendar on the Villa Biscayne page for your dates, and if you need a term the calendar does not show, email the owners.
Can a company book on behalf of an employee?
Ask us. Tell us who is staying, for how long, and what your process needs, and we will tell you what we can do. We are the owners, so the answer comes from the people who decide.
Can you provide an invoice or documentation for expenses?
Ask us before you book and we will tell you plainly what we can provide. We would rather say exactly what is possible than promise a form we cannot produce.
Is there a proper place to work?
There is a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi, and the house is on a quiet residential street, so full days of video calls are not a problem. With three bedrooms, two people can take calls at the same time without sharing a room.
Can family or a pet come along?
The house sleeps six across three bedrooms, so family is welcome. One pet can be allowed with prior written approval; send us the type, breed and age. The pool is unfenced, so young children need supervision around it.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The exact times, the address and how to get in are in the booking confirmation and the house manual we send before arrival. If travel plans make the standard times awkward, tell us and we will see what we can do.
