That's why we fully renovated our properties in 2025 - new kitchens, new bathrooms, new flooring, new everything. You shouldn't have to inherit someone else's wear and tear.
Hosting on Airbnb taught us what matters: respond fast, fix things the same day, and treat people fairly. We bring that same approach here. When something breaks, we handle it. When you move out clean, you get your full deposit back. No games.
