Villa Biscayne, a gorgeous, centrally located home is your private luxury resort in Miami. 1920s Spanish on the outside, bright and modern on the inside, this beautifully furnished villa is set at the heart of the Village of Biscayne Park. It’s the perfect place to work, relax in the lush tropical backyard, enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, and explore the city. When you're ready to explore, you can be on the beach, in Wynwood or the Fashion District in 10-15 minutes, and in South Beach in 20.

Good to know

Casa Biscayne is a fully remodeled 1926 Spanish-style home. The minute you step inside you'll be impressed with the wide open floor plan and the modern kitchen and furniture. The house is high-tech - with everything including the lights, fans and sound system, and shades are all voice activated. With a separate office, three desks and gigabit wifi, you'll have everything you need to work remotely. The backyard is very private, and the beautiful pool is large enough to swim laps in.

This place is in a super convenient location to get around Miami, and the neighborhood is walkable. The house itself is very well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms, and linens. The backyard is serene and the pool is perfect for lounging around. We hope to visit again!

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

We were truly lucky with this accommodation! A beautiful oasis, quiet and safe, with many amenities: great kitchen and bathrooms, smart home, whirlpool... Communication was excellent, always very friendly and super fast, as was the little guest folder with instructions and recommendations. It couldn't be better! You know how to make other people happy!

My family had the most wonderful stay at Villa Biscayne. Perfectly situated in a bird sanctuary, with peaceful tree lined streets to stroll down, a kid’s playground a block away, and very quiet. The house had everything we needed to cook, and make endless snacks. The hot tub and pool combo were fantastic for swims multiple times a day, no matter what temperature it was outside. Pari is a dream host, and even when an unforeseen issue occurred, she was great with communication and proactively corrected the situation. Our plan is to always contact Pari first regarding any Miami vacation in the future.

The house was in a perfect location for our long weekend in Miami. It sits off the beaten path, but Uber to south beach was accessible and short distance. The house was incredibly clean when we arrived, and our request to have sheets and towels cleaned using scent free detergent was accommodated. We spent time in the pool and hot tub, and on the back patio which is private and tucked away. Pari responded quickly and checked in on us, would love to come back and stay here again!

We had a lovely visit. Location is pretty and quiet but close to all the hot spots. Pool was beautiful. And they have a chef’s kitchen for those who love to cook at home. Hosts are great communicators too.

This is one of the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Its gorgeous, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, the property is spacious and the pool is beautiful. We highly recommend for families with young children. The host are extremely accommodating and lovely

We loved the stay at the house. Pari was very attentive. Having an iPhone there as the controller for the music, lights, and hot tub was great. That, and the detailed instructions of where everything was and how it worked, made the learning curve of using all the convivences short and easy. This is a good example of the care they put into making their property welcoming to their guests.

Great place to stay. Beds were comfy. Quiet location with beautiful backyard. We were able to use the pool and hot tub. Hosts were very responsive. We would stay here again.
