Your Right to Delete Data

At Pamper Homes, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete from Your Profile (Recommended)

1. Sign in to your Pamper Homes account
2. Go to your Profile page
3. Click "Delete Profile" at the bottom of the page
4. Confirm the deletion

This will immediately delete your profile, all connections, and messages from our system.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, send a request to:

Email: privacy@pamperhomes.com

Please include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your name as it appears on your profile
• A clear request for data deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon deletion, we will remove:

• Your profile information (name, bio, preferences)
• Your account credentials and authentication data
• All connections and messages with other users
• Any photos or files you uploaded

Facebook Login Users

If you signed in using Facebook and wish to remove the connection:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
3. Find Pamper Homes and click Remove

This removes the Facebook connection. To delete your data from our servers, please also follow one of the options above.

Processing Time

Self-service deletion through your profile is immediate. Email requests will be processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.
