Villa Biscayne is a private house in the village of Biscayne Park, with its own pool, hot tub and garden and nobody else on the property. This page is for adults-only stays: couples, small groups of adult friends, and creators who want a discreet, clothing-optional place of their own for a month or more. You book it directly with us, the owners, and we are the only people you deal with.

Villa Biscayne is a home on a quiet residential street, not an event space. No parties, no gatherings beyond the registered guests, no amplified music outdoors, and every visitor announced to us in advance. Adults-only and private does not mean anything goes; it means the house is yours, quietly. If that is not the stay you have in mind, this is not the right house.

Private means private
You have the entire property: the house, the pool, the jacuzzi and the tropical backyard. There is no shared entrance, no other guests, no staff on site. Pool and yard maintenance happens on a schedule during longer stays and we tell you when, so the rest of the time the garden is yours. What you wear in it is your business.
The village of Biscayne Park is one of the greenest corners of Miami and functions as a bird sanctuary: quiet residential streets, tropical trees at every turn, and neighbors who like it that way. It is central without being urban, which is exactly what makes discretion easy here.
Creator friendly
The house photographs well and we know it: 1920s Spanish outside, bright and modern inside, a pool in a tropical garden, a single level with light in every room. Shooting for your own channels is welcome. If a crew, lighting or a production company is involved, tell us before you book so we can agree on what works for the house and the neighbors.
There is a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi for editing and uploading, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and free parking at the house.
Adults only, by design
On this page we are offering the house for adults-only stays. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level sleep six, so a couple has room to spread out and a group of friends each has a door to close. Adult couples and groups are welcome, and what consenting adults do in the privacy of the house is theirs. What is not welcome is a party: see the panel above, and mean it.
The pool is unfenced and the house is not suitable for young children without supervision, which is one more reason this page is written for adults.
What we ask
Strictly no parties. Advance notice for any visitor who is not on the booking. Quiet in the garden after dark, because the neighbors are close and the village is quiet. One pet can be approved in advance. The house may not be used for medical recovery. These are the same house rules every guest agrees to; on this page we simply say them louder.
How booking works
Stays can be by the night or by the month. You book on the Villa Biscayne page on this site, directly with us. It is the same calendar as our Airbnb listing, so the availability is identical, but booking here means you are dealing with the owners and not paying the Airbnb guest service fee. Rates for your dates show in the calendar before you commit, and the exact check-in and check-out times are in your booking confirmation.

Questions people ask before a longer stay
- Is Villa Biscayne an adults-only rental?
- On this page, yes: we offer the house for adults-only stays of a month or more, for couples, adult groups of up to six and creators. The pool is unfenced, so it is not a house for young children in any case.
- Is the villa clothing optional?
- The pool, the hot tub and the garden are behind the house and yours alone for the stay. What you wear there is your business. Be mindful that Biscayne Park is a residential village and the neighbors are close.
- Is Villa Biscayne swinger friendly?
- Adult couples and groups are welcome, and what happens between consenting adults inside the house is private. What we do not allow, for anyone, is a party: no events, no guests beyond the booking without notice, no noise the neighbors can hear.
